Plan refunds
Pellichupulu plans are pre-paid and non-refundable except where required by Indian consumer law. If your account was charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we'll refund verified mistakes to the original Razorpay payment method within 7-10 business days.
Failed payments
If Razorpay deducts an amount but our system doesn't activate the plan, you don't need to do anything — our reconciliation runs nightly and a refund / activation is issued automatically. If 48 hours have passed, email billing@pellichupulu.co with the Razorpay payment ID.
Cancellation & renewals
We never auto-renew or auto-charge you. A paid plan is a one-time purchase that simply expires at the end of its period — we'll send you a reminder beforehand, and you renew only if and when you choose to. There is nothing to cancel and no saved card to remove.
