How does matching work?
We surface profiles based on age, gender, religion, caste, location, and your partner preferences — plus a horoscope-match score from rasi, nakshatram, pada, and manglik fields. The score is informational; final decisions are yours.
How are profiles verified?
Every profile goes through Customer Management review before approval. Photos can also get a separate "Photo Verified" badge after a CM confirms the image matches the person.
Who can see my contact details?
Nobody, until you accept their interest or they're a Premium / Ultra member viewing your profile under their daily contact-view limit. You can hide your number at any time from Settings.
What's the difference between Premium and Ultra?
Premium unlocks messaging, contact views (up to 15 / month), and 30 interests / day. Ultra adds unlimited interests, more contact views, and the AI Suite (profile writer, match insights, and icebreakers).
How do promo codes work?
Customer Management can generate codes (e.g. LOVE25) and share them with members. Enter yours on the Plans page before paying — the discount applies to the next plan you buy.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — email support@pellichupulu.co from the registered address. We hard-delete personal data within 7 days and retain payment records as required by Indian accounting law.
I think a profile is fake. What do I do?
Open the profile and tap Report. Our moderation team reviews every report — fake or abusive accounts get suspended.
